Can I track my order?

You can track the status of your order, all you need to do is have your order number (11-digit number found on the sales order sheet) and the email or telephone number associated with it available.

Can I change or cancel an order online?

If you want to cancel, check if it is possible to do so automatically through our page.

If this is not possible, contact us through the means available and we will do everything we can to help you, depending on the status of your order.

What is the delivery time?

  1. Order Processing: 1 to 2 business days.
  2. Order Shipping: Shipping times are announced on each product page.

Note : Priority shipping allows for shorter order processing times compared to normal shipping.

How do returns work?

Information:

  • You have up to 30 days after receipt for returns.
  • The reasons you can request a return:
  1. Defective item;
  2. Delivery of the wrong item;
  3. I'm not satisfied.
  • The order must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition, without any signs of use.
  • A Vidave® assumes no responsibility in the event of loss or damage occurring when sending your returned order.
  • After receiving your order and checking its condition, the amount will be fully refunded using the same payment method.
