Shipping Policy Vidave® - Guaranteeing Safe and Transparent Deliveries throughout Portugal

Our Shipping Policy was prepared in accordance with the laws and regulations of Portugal, aiming to protect your rights as a consumer.

Delivery times:

Delivery time to any location in Portugal varies from 5 to 14 working days after payment confirmation. We maintain transparency by providing the tracking code for all products, allowing you to track the status of your order through the following link: https://vidavestore.com/pages/codigo-de-seguimento

Tracking codes will be provided to you, our customer, 1 to 4 business days after the product is shipped.

Loss and Delays:

In case of loss or if delivery exceeds 30 days after payment confirmation, we will refund the purchase amount in full. Although the delivery time is subject to CTT's agility, it normally varies between 5 and 14 days on average. The deadline for delivery is up to 30 days.

If the deadline is exceeded, we recommend that you contact our support to clarify the reasons for the delay.

Logistics Problems:

If we identify that there is a problem with the delivery logistics, we will issue a FULL refund of your purchase after completing the verification steps.

Delivery address:

Please make sure you provide the correct address for delivery. We are not responsible for address errors on the part of the customer. If there are proven unsuccessful delivery attempts (up to a maximum of 3 attempts), it will be necessary to collect the order at the CTT closest to your address. Remember that storage fees are applied if the order is not picked up within 7 calendar days, with the amount of the fee being determined by the weight/volume of the product.

A Vidave® acts as an intermediary between the original product factories and the end customer. Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers located in the United States, Asia and Europe. We have authority in the sector and a team specialized in marketing products from solid partnerships with main suppliers, providing innovative, exclusive products at great prices. There are situations in which the delivery of an order can be made in one or more shipments, as the products can be sent by different suppliers. In these cases, you will receive a tracking code for each shipment.
