    • Telephone and/or cell phone number – for contact purposes;
    • Tax identification number (NIF) – for tax and commercial transaction, invoicing and payment purposes.

    Co-responsibility for the processing of buyers' personal data (between ZenZone, Lda. and SELLERS ) starts from the moment the buyer proceeds to pay for the selected product.

    Whenever justified, the ZenZone, Lda. may use Subcontractors, understood as natural or legal persons who process personal data on their behalf, to which the Site users give their express consent.

    In particular, the use of Subcontractors will take place for the purposes of: managing the commercial relationship between Buyers and Sellers, providing sales and supply services, processing payments and invoicing, guaranteeing the execution of due diligence and backoffice, namely in terms of technical and operational support and assistance necessary for the operation of the Site, as well as all others considered necessary and/or convenient, at all times.

    The Subcontractors to whom the Vidave® . resort will implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data transmitted by them, in order to ensure the defense of the rights and interests of the respective holders.
